Were now on the lookout for a driven Project Manager whos ready to take the reins and deliver these projects from the ground up.Duties & Responsibilities Project ManagerLead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 4 years experience minimum as a Project ManagerExperience working on industrial projects, particularly pre-cast constructionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAustralian working rightsWe are looking for Project Managers for construction, education, retail, government and workplace fit outs.
