By removing the operational complexity of banking, Constantinople enables its clients to focus on its customers and thebusinessof banking.The RoleAs a Senior Backend Engineer at Constantinople, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex solutions at the core of our banking platform. You will work closely with the Frontend Developers across the UX Squad and cross-functional teams. Your role will be to architect and build software that sets new industry standards for reliability, scalability, and security.As a member of the UX Squad, you will work on making backend changes in our platform codebase. You will work closely with other Front-End developers in the squad; your role will focus on supporting Front-End developers in building new solutions and updating our platform. The team is responsible for client-facing projects, including Web and Mobile Apps, built with React and React Native.What Youll DoDevelop and maintain critical platform features focused on enabling UIBe an active contributor to cross-team initiatives and provide support to the engineering teamDevelop and drive architectural changes across projects while leading engineers.
