Learn more about us here.About The TeamThe Homelessness Services team provides holistic case management to individuals and families across the Sydney region who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Through strong partnerships with local agencies, the team works to stabilise tenancies and connect clients with safe, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions.About This OpportunityThis is a fantastic leadership opportunity to oversee a small team within the Homelessness Services Team, where you will be responsible for:Delivering high-quality case management aligned with performance outcomesSupervising, mentoring, and supporting team members, including providing complex case management supportBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and referral servicesMaintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with reporting standardsPromoting a safe, inclusive, and values-driven work environmentFor more information about this role, please refer to the position description.About YouThe ideal applicant will have:Relevant qualifications or experience in Youth Work, Social Work, or a related fieldProven experience supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with strong case management skillsDemonstrated ability to mentor and supervise team members, especially in complex client situationsStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with empathy and professionalism across diverse audiencesCommitment to safe, inclusive, and values-driven practice, with a focus on continuous improvement and client outcomesDont meet every single requirement?
