About the role: As a Personal Carer Trainee, youll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. Completing scheduled visits on the road, interacting one-on-one with clients in their homes and supporting with daily activities. Providing in-home personal care, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Supporting clients according to their individualised Care Plan. Assisting with community-based recreational and social activities. Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments. Role requirements: Current Australian Drivers Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle for work - Essential Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
