We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, making possibilities a reality for people with disabilities.Purpose of Your RoleAs a Production Worker, you will perform various production activities in a food processing environment while meeting quality standards and production deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Participate in manufacturing processes, including equipment setup, operation, and shutdown, ensuring quality standards are met.Apply quality controls during production to ensure products meet customer requirements.Work within a team to achieve production goals and deadlines.Identify and report potential hazards, incidents, or equipment problems promptly to Team Leader.Participate in problem solving activities aimed at improving production processes and workplace practices.Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceExperience in working in a manufacturing environment particularly food processing.Good problem-solving skills to identify production problemsBasic written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.Other RequirementsPossess a working with childrens check & police checkForklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory.What We Offer:Salary Packaging Benefits!
