You will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs, mentor educators, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture that prioritises quality outcomes for children.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and ongoing review of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Mentor and support educators to enhance their teaching practice and program delivery.Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, and the community.Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and all regulatory requirements.Promote childrens individual learning, wellbeing, and resilience within a safe and stimulating environment.Maintain thorough observations, documentation, and evaluation of childrens development.Uphold and contribute to continuous improvement of centre philosophy, policies, and procedures.About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:ESSENTIAL: Permanent unrestricted working rights in AustraliaESSENTIAL: Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent post-grad ECT qualification, recognised by ACECQA).ESSENTIAL: Experience in an Educational Leader role (1 year minimum experience preferred).Current NESA accreditation (or willingness to obtain if moving from interstate).ESSENTIAL: A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).ESSENTIAL: Current First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications.ESSENTIAL: A current certificate in CHCPRT025 Identify and Report children and young people at risk (or equivalent).A deep knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood pedagogy.Strong proven leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach.Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management capabilities.A genuine passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.What We OfferCompetitive fortnightly salary based on experience and qualifications, including Educational Leader allowance.A supportive, inclusive and friendly workplace culture.Employee Assistance Program and 50% discount off your childcare gap fees.Modern facilities designed to support quality education and care.How To Apply:Please upload your resume, and a cover letter addressing your suitability for this role, via the ''APPLY NOW'' button.
