Our employees enjoy 3 weeks'' leave over Christmas and other benefits such as paid parental leave, discounts on private healthcare, car rentals, hotels, retail, and more!Contract DetailsFixed-term 6-month contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role | Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pmKey DutiesOrganising and controlling the day-to-day workflow - receiving, scanning, sorting, and shelving incoming goods.Providing over-the-counter customer service to Defence members.Answering customer queries regarding stock location and order status.Receipt and delivery of goods.Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of the work site.Operating computer systems to obtain stock details and locations.Participating in Point of Entry services, providing a positive experience for new members'' uniforms.About YouDemonstrated customer service experience, preferably in retail.Ability to handle high volumes of customer service for Defence members.Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential.Valid Driver''s license is required.Eligibility to hold a Defence Security Clearance; must be an Australian Citizen.About VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand.
