With huge investment in our F&T operations, excellent training, and development strategies plus future growth opportunities across the Bunnings Group, now has never been a better time to join the Bunnings Frame & Truss team.As a Customer Engagement Team Lead your role will be to coach and develop our high performing Customer Engagement Team across all Frame & Truss Sites. In your role you will be creating and managing stronger customer focused processes for your team whilst liaising with residential builder clients, Bunnings Account Managers and F&T support teams in order to action feedback, support our commercial sales strategy and streamline the F&T sales process.You will be liaising daily with clients from the Quoting stage of Frame and Truss products through to the delivery of finished goods to building sites. A proactive approach is encouraged in order to build a strong long-term partnership with our Building Customers whilst identifying future opportunities for key areas of the Bunnings Commercial business.You can expect to work with Microsoft products, Salesforce our CCRM software whilst leading a growing team of 10+ Team Members on-site and remotely.Whats involved:Driving customer conversion and onboarding with smart, streamlined processes.Managing pricing and quotations to deliver value and clarity.Turning customer feedback into meaningful service improvements.Supporting Account Managers to deliver our Whole of Build value proposition.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.Leading remote teams and service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.Who were looking for:As a Customer Engagement Team Lead for Frame and Truss you will be a highly driven individual with an ability to coach and develop high performing teams. Your pro-active, organized and have strong time-management skills whilst able to develop relationships through excellent customer communication both written and verbal.
