Coordinator, HR & Organisational DevelopmentFull-time - OngoingPosition Number: 8005 Location: QueanbeyanThe Package: $126,358.44 - $139,630.92 gross per annum + 12% super plus potential performance-based progression.Fulltime 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may will apply.QPRC is looking for an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources and Organisational Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team and make a lasting impact in a progressive local government organisation.In this role you will:Coordinate professional and responsive HR, Organisational Development, and Recruitment functions.Lead initiatives in attraction, retention, onboarding, and employee engagement.Provide expert advice on performance management, and workforce planning.Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve workforce outcomes.Coach and support leaders through complex matters.Manage projects and contribute to a modern, future-focused Council.We are looking for someone who:Holds a relevant degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Employee Relations.Has extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and organisational development.Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Is experienced in managing change, performance issues, and workforce planning.Can supervise and motivate staff to deliver on operational and strategic outcomes.Working with us: At QPRC, youll join a supportive and inclusive team that values innovation, flexibility, and community impact.
