Ideally ...About The RoleRole Purpose:The Data Program Change Manager is responsible for managing the people, process, and technology changes resulting from the Data Transformation Program. This role will focus on minimising disruption, maximising engagement across technical and non-technical teams, and helping drive the realisation of benefits associated with our evolving data landscape.We are ideally looking for a dedicated and experienced Change Manager, with prior experience working on large Data Programs, to work alongside the Senior Project Manager and team.This is an 18m Fixed Term Contract role.ResponsibilitiesDesign, lead and deliver change management activities across a data-focused transformation program.Perform change analysis, including stakeholder and change impact and readiness assessmentsLead communications planning and execution related to change initiatives.Support training and capability uplift initiativesWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive and embed change into BAU and manage resistance.Measure change adoption and business readiness using structured metricsActively contribute to the change community of practice by sharing best practices, tools, and lessons learned from the Data Transformation ProgramWhat do we need from youEssentialBachelor''s degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change, communications, HR or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Change Manager in complex environmentsExperience working in Agile delivery teams or squadsAutonomous, proactive, and outcome-focusedStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsResilient and adaptable - able to work in environments with high ambiguity and ongoing transformation.Hands-on, delivery-focused approach - not just strategic oversight.Strong ability to influence on what''s required to deliver successful changePreferred/DesirableExperience with data platforms or data governanceWhat''s in it for you?Why Join Endeavour Group?Joining Endeavour Group means joining an organisation that is bold, innovative, and genuinely people-focused.
