You will be responsible for ensuring optimal confidentiality, integrity, and access to enterprise information and data. This role involves managing all services and risks associated with access, authentication, identity, and controls. You will oversee the existing active directory domain and manage IT environment authentication and access controls, including privileged account management and identity governance applications. Additionally, you will contribute to IT projects by providing IAM services and related authentication requirements.Ensure all service owner obligations in service catalogue management, service level management, availability, and capacity management are metManage all services and risks associated with access, authentication, identity, and controls as part of IAM servicesOversee all services associated with managing the existing active directory domainDeliver all IAM services within agreed SLAsBuild relationships with business stakeholders, project teams, and operational teams to assist with access and authentication needsThis is an fixed term opportunity for 12 months.This role can be based anywhere withinEssential Energys operational footprint with Port Macquarie being the desired location.About YouYou are a seasoned professional with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Your leadership skills are proven, and you have a knack for managing IT operational and technical teams. You possess advanced knowledge of systems management processes and have a track record of working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your experience includes provisioning and managing controls as part of IAM services, and you are well-versed in active directory domains and IT environment authentication and access controls. You are a problem-solver with excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
