Then this opportunity could be for you!Were on the lookout for a highly organised and dynamic Events and Sponsorships Manager to join our Marketing team in St Marys, NSW to lead the planning, execution and delivery of exceptional events and sponsorships across our corporate and brand portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.This newly created role offers the opportunity to make your mark managing end-to-end delivery, crafting memorable experiences, and ensuring every logistical detail runs like clockwork. Youll collaborate closely with brand managers, the wider marketing team, agency partner, senior leaders, sales reps and dealerships.This role will be pivotal in developing a methodical approach to event planning, aligning stakeholders, and executing high-impact events on time and on budget. Build a future.What Youll DoPlan and deliver a wide range of events conferences, trade shows, launches, incentive trips, tours and town hallsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring events to lifeCreate and implement a consistent, efficient event coordination processManage vendors, prepare tender documents and oversee logisticsCoordinate stakeholders, keep projects on track, and manage guest experiencesOversee event operations, run sheets and on-the-day deliveryGather feedback, lead post-event analysis and drive improvementsNegotiate and manage sponsorship and CSR partnershipsTrack budgets, and report on event performanceSupport quarterly staff events and broader marketing initiativesShare best practices and help improve event processes and systemsAbout You5+ years of experience in event management (in-house or agency), delivering conferences, trade shows, launches and incentive tripsTertiary qualifications in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or similar are preferredHighly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing prioritiesExcellent communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsConfident presenting to small groups, both online and in-personSkilled in event tracking, budgeting and MS OfficeCreative, solutions-focused and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritise high-impact tasksKnowledge of domestic and international travel logistics, including regional and rural areasWillingness to travelInterest in agriculture or machinery is a bonusWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
