Join a well-established, Australian-owned business in the furniture design and manufacturing space and step into a true HR generalist role with scope to influence, own, and drive meaningful outcomes.About the RoleReporting to the Chief People Officer, this role sits within a high-performing and collaborative People team, playing a key role in delivering day-to-day operations and supporting the rollout of the broader people strategy.This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. Youll work across a diverse workforce, spanning white- and blue-collar teams across supply chain, design, manufacturing, retail, customer service, and IT.Youll be given the autonomy to lead initiatives, coach leaders, and build partnerships across the business with genuine support from a close-knit HR function that values curiosity, collaboration and getting things done.What Youll Be DoingPartnering with the CPO to support and deliver key people initiativesProviding trusted advice across performance, engagement, capability, ER, reward and recognitionCoaching leaders across a wide variety of teams, locally and internationallySupporting and improving people systems, onboarding, and compliance processesDriving cultural change and contributing to the companys DEIB strategySupporting global alignment and workforce expansion across the US, UK and CanadaOwning generalist HR projects from idea to implementationWhat Were Looking For- Strong HR generalist experience, ideally across both corporate and operational environments- Background in fast-paced, dynamic businesses (e.g. retail, supply chain, founder-led)- Confident advising and coaching managers across a range of functions- Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised- Comfortable with ambiguity and thinking on your feet- High attention to detail and strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and employment legislationThe PerksOnsite role in South West Sydney with flexibility post-probationParking available and easy access to public transportA collaborative, values-led team cultureA business with real momentum and room to growIf youre ready to step into a role where you can own your work, grow your skillset, and be part of something evolving, wed love to hear from you.
