Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this is a hands-on leadership position focused on planning, scheduling, and executing all site maintenance activitieswhile promoting a safe and collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Maintenance team to ensure optimal site operation, maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Manage maintenance activities within allocated budgets and cost controls.Oversee service contractors, ensuring full compliance with Workplace Safety, Health, and Environment (WSHE) requirements.Plan and schedule maintenance activities and plant shutdowns to meet KPI targets.This role is ideal for a collaborative leader with a strong background in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.What You Bring To The RoleTertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade qualifications.Proven experience in Maintenance or Engineering Management within a manufacturing operations environment.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing Maintenance team and fostering a positive culture.Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), with SAP experience preferred.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of a wide range of equipment.A safety-first mindset, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.What we offerWe Strive To Support Your Professional And Personal Growth.
