Reporting to the Business Manager at our APM office in Wyong NSW, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This role is exciting, challenging, inclusive, and rewarding. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employersSupport participants in identifying skills to become job-readyDeliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirementsEnhance participants'' employability through training and support service referralsDevelop personalised job plans for clear employment pathwaysBuild and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groupsAm I suited to being an Employment Consultant with APMs Disability Employment Services?We seek driven, solution-focused individuals with a can-do attitude, empathy, and compassion towards those with disabilities, injuries, or barriers to employment. Motivated to go above and beyond for participants, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate composure and adaptability in daily challenges.Candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration are well suited.
