Job Description

Job Title: Lease Analyst Job Description Summary: The Lease Analyst provides support to the Lease Administration team in data management, invoice processing, and data preparation for client budgets. Additionally, they support the Transaction Management team in preparing standard documentation. About the role: Upload fully executed lease documents to the relevant system. Complete lease obligation summaries. Maintain document registers, security deposit, and insurance registers. Generate and review draft expenditure rent rolls, flagging exceptions or variances. Generate funding requests and analyze landlord payment inquiries. Prepare workflows to adjust payments and process non-recurring payments in accordance with leases. Process purchase orders as required. Perform reconciliation of charges, determine outstanding payments, and prepare workflows to terminate leases. Review budget shell data and revenue rent rolls, flagging exceptions or variances. Run aged-debtors reports and prepare arrears letters. Request and review Certificates of Insurance from sub-tenants, upload to JDE, and support year-end reconciliation of managed service charges. Review sublease termination terms, reconcile accounts upon lease expiry, and track audit findings. Maintain lease registers and validate lease file completeness. Prepare market briefs for new sites and validate current lease data prior to renewals. About You: Minimum 2-3 years experience in finance, preferably in accounts payable/receivable. Experience in real estate lease administration or data management, ideally with multinational corporations or service providers managing real estate databases. Ability to manage accurate data and prioritize within tight deadlines. Attention to detail, planning, organization, and time management skills. Proficiency in systems and data management.
