With a vision to lead transformation in healthcare and a passionate commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, the Foundation raises critical funds to deliver exceptional patient care, innovative medical research, and clinical education across the St Vincent''s Health Network.As Philanthropy Campaign Manager, you will take a leading role in securing major philanthropic investment to support some of the most ambitious health initiatives in the country, including capital campaigns, research, medical imaging and other high-impact priorities.The OpportunityReporting to the Executive Director of Philanthropy and working closely with the Foundation CEO and senior leadership, you will:Lead integrated fundraising campaigns, securing major gifts ($10K+) for St Vincents Curran Foundation and hospitals;Support leadership with proposals, donor meetings, and prospect engagement to maximise results;Steward and report back to donors regarding the impact of their philanthropic giving;Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns in conjunction with the Foundations Marketing, Events, Development, and Data teams;Actively participate in initiatives that enhance patient-focused outcomes, honouring the holistic well-being of those in our care in line with the Foundations mission, guided by the principles of compassion, justice, integrity, and excellence.Leadership & CultureChampion a donor-centric culture and lead transformational philanthropy across St Vincents Hospitals NSW;Build strong relationships with the Foundation CEO, Executive Directors, Hospital CEOs, and leadership to align strategy and operations;Collaborate with the major gift philanthropy team to develop and nurture major donor relationships;Represent the Foundation at key events, including travel and off-site engagements with stakeholders to secure positive outcomes;Strategy & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with Foundation leadership to plan and deliver major fundraising campaigns;Serve as an ambassador, managing strong relationships with major donors and key stakeholders;Respond promptly to stakeholder requests, maintaining high service standards;Oversee relationships that support strategic fundraising goals and foster partnerships;About YouYou are a proven leader in major gifts and/or philanthropic campaigns, with a reputation for building trust, cultivating high-level relationships, and delivering results, bringing:Personal integrity and strong commitment to the Philosophy, Mission, and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincents Health Australia;Tertiary qualifications in business, fundraising, communications, or related fields; CFRE and/or FIA membership preferred;Proven success leading major gift fundraising and campaign strategies in complex organisations (healthcare, education, research, or arts sectors preferred);Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical or research information to diverse philanthropic audiences;Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the gravitas to engage and influence donors and stakeholders;Strong organisational and project management skills, detail-oriented with a strategic mindset;Experience with donor CRM systems (preferably Raisers Edge NXT) and managing donor pipelines.This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia''s foremost philanthropic health organisations in a values-led culture where your work will directly support those most in need, especially the vulnerable.
