In this role, you will report to our Senior Director of Health Policy. This role is both a research and communications role, so you will have the opportunity to learn and publish in your time at Anatomy IT.If you are passionate about our mission, an aspiring leader, and a self-starter with a growth mindset and a bias for action, apply today.ResponsibilitiesPolicy Research and Analysis:Identify, research, and analyze pertinent policy issues related to value-based care programs and physician payment.Stay updated on regulatory changes and developments affecting value-based care programs, health IT, and physician payment.Provide thorough summaries and insights on complex policy matters to support decision-making and strategic planning.Content DevelopmentProduce regular articles and reports focused on explaining pertinent value-based care and payment concepts to healthcare professionals and the public.Develop educational materials to support understanding and compliance with your portfolio of topics.Project ManagementCollaborate with the Senior Director of Health Policy to lead projects related to value-based care implementation.Assist in the development of written responses to proposed regulations and policy documents pertaining to value-based care, health IT policy, and physician payment.Collaboration And SupportWork closely with other departments to integrate value-based care initiatives into broader organizational goals and strategies.Provide expertise and support on CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and RUC (Relative Value Scale Update Committee) matters as needed.QualificationsEducation and Expertise:Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Administration, or a related field.3 or more years of experience in health policy analysis, with a focus on value-based care, physician payment, or related areas.Knowledge of CPT and RUC methodologies is preferred.Experience with a regulatory agency or physician specialty society is a bonus.Skills And AttributesStrong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate policy issues and data related to value-based care and physician payment.Detail-oriented with proven project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software (e.g., STATA or R) preferred.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to adapt to evolving healthcare policies and regulations.Passion for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes through innovative policy solutions.Additional InformationThis role is remote, with a requirement to work within the Eastern time zone workday for all communications and meetings.APPLICATION PROCESSInterested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter highlighting their experience in health policy analysis, particularly in the areas of MIPS, value-based care, and/or CPT and RUC methodologies.WHY ANATOMY IT?Anatomy IT embraces those that demonstrate a deep passion for solving the problems of healthcare with enthusiasm for building positive working relationships and winning as a team.
