As an Interior Design Consultant,your primary focus is to provide comprehensive and outstanding support and assistance to our clients through the selection process for their new home in a timely and professional manner.Some responsibilities of this role include:Plan and prepare for scheduled appointments ensuring that all documentation to conduct the consultation are correct and in placeProvide clients with suggestions, guidance and advice on selecting internal and external colour schemes, appliances and fittings within our rangesProvide clients advice on all products and upgradesComplete all documentation and detailed variations required to facilitate the customers colour and material selections within the set timelinesWorking collaboratively with sales and other relevant departmentsHost gallery toursStay up to date on new, emerging market trends and product knowledgeWHO YOU ARENaturally, we are seeking people with a passion for colour, design and new interior design trends. Understanding the meaning of delivering excellent customer service is also a must. If you''ve got previous experience in interior or lighting design within residential building and construction, even better! If not, that''s okay too! These roles are also open to budding interior designers so if you''re still at uni or just graduated then we''d love to hear from you.Don''t get us wrong, this can be a demanding role at times where solid administrative skills can be just as important as creativity, so the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are essential. You will be an exceptional communicator and able to build rapport with a diverse client group.
