You will also work closely with theExecutive General Manager Health and Clinical Services and relevant healthleaders to facilitate effective health services across our operationalfootprint.Your core responsibility is the managementof RFDSSE day-to-day operations conducted from our bases to ensure theeffective delivery of health care services across our various service portfolios.This includes responsibility for aviation operations and supporting broaderhealth performance targets through close collaboration, management andcoordination of multi-disciplinary teams and assets across a wide geographicfootprint.As a senior leader in our business,you will consistently role model our values and leadership behaviours, be agileand high energy, have a management systems and continuous improvement mindset,and have a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients and thecommunities we serve.
