The group also has an expanding multi-branded F&B business.The Role:Reporting to the CEO & COO, this newly created Head of Retail role will lead a team of Regional Managers & be responsible for optimising & scaling the national retail footprint of their multi-branded Japanese, Chinese & Korean beauty stores, as well as their expanding F&B brands.Key Responsibilities:Lead the execution of national retail strategy across Beauty & F&B channels.Deliver annual sales, wage & operational budgets in partnership with Finance.Lead Regional Managers to ensure consistent store execution, operational excellence & compliance.Review & improve daily operations, inventory control, staff scheduling, & service standards.Manage the end-to-end operational setup of new stores, including staffing & training.Build & lead a high-performing, values-led leadership team across all retail regions.Drive engagement, development & succession planning for retail staff.Promote a respectful, inclusive & achievement oriented workplace culture.Lead the production & interpretation of retail performance dashboards.Provide insights on sales trends, customer metrics & operational bottlenecks.Key Requirements:Proven experience leading national or multi-region retail operations, preferably in Beauty, or Fast Moving Consumer Sectors.To navigate cross-cultural team & market interactions, it is preferred, but not essential, that the successful candidate possess a deep understanding of both Australian & Asian business environments - whether through personal background, work experience, or leadership exposure.Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labour management, & expense tracking.Hands-on experience with store operations, SOP implementation & compliance.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures & with international stakeholders.High level of interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.Cultural literacy & emotional intelligence when managing diverse retail teams.Don''t let this opportunity pass you by - Apply now!Please apply by following the prompts.
