Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Property Managers to join our Property Management division and support our next growth phase.Salary: $100,000 + 12% SuperWork Schedule: 5 & 2 7.6 Hour DaysDelta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance, and construction services in some of Australias most beautiful but least hospitable locations, from oil rigs to goldmines. We thrive on challenging projects, prioritizing safety and efficiency.This is a rare opportunity to support our property division by delivering top-tier support services to ensure smooth daily operations.The successful candidate will work a Monday-Friday roster, with 11-hour days. Local residents are encouraged to apply; accommodation and meals are included via camp accommodation, with travel required for non-local applicants.Key Responsibilities:Manage existing and new tenanciesEstablish relationships with tenants and landlordsInterpret and apply real estate legislation and ethical practicesWork with trust accountsOversee maintenance issues, coordinate with maintenance team and subcontractorsProcess applications efficientlyList available propertiesManage arrearsConduct inspections (entry, exit, routine)Prepare reports and perform ad hoc tasksCandidate Requirements:CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate PracticeCurrent drivers licenseStrong systems knowledge, especially PropertyMeExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective written and verbal communicationProblem-solving skills and innovative thinkingBenefits:Our global organization provides support, infrastructure, and systems to foster your growth.
