This is a chance to lead a multi-site, multi-entity organisation with a well-established brand, a powerful legacy, and a future-focused strategic roadmap extending to 2032 and beyond.With a footprint across New South Wales and growing national reach, this role will suit a proven business leader with a track record of successfully managing complex operations, delivering sustained commercial growth, and guiding high-performing executive teams through strategic periods of growth.The Role:Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and Chairperson, the CEO will take full responsibility for:Leading a broad-based portfolio of businesses across hospitality, leisure, property, and venuesDriving strategic planning, organisational performance, and operational excellence across the GroupOverseeing capital works projects and long-term investment plansStrengthening commercial performance while upholding cultural integrity and stakeholder trustRepresenting the organisation in high-level stakeholder engagement, including external banking, government, industry, and community settingsLeading an established, senior executive team across finance, operations, HR, IT, and affiliated business unitsAbout You:You are an accomplished executive with:Extensive experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive leader within a highly successful multi-faceted organisation including hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or related sectors.Relevant and appropriate experience in wider sectors outside of these listed will not be discounted.A strategic mindset with proven success in multi-site or group-level leadershipSophisticated stakeholder engagement skills and exceptional commercial acumenDemonstrated ability to lead complex organisations with strong governance, culture, and community visibilityA modern leadership style that balances innovation with heritage, performance with purpose, and commercial outcomes with cultural integrityYou are highly capable, relentlessly commercial, and a true leader of people visible, inspiring, and forward-thinking.Apply Now:This is a confidential executive search process managed exclusively by Wright Executive Search.
