Toowoomba Hospital has a requirement for a Locum Urologist from 28 July 2025 onwards to cover various leave and vacancies. Daily rate is up to $3124.44 per day plus GST . The roster is Monday to Friday; however, on-call duties are required and will be advised to the candidate. Documents Required Please supply the following documents by return email for consideration: Confirmed dates of availability as a locum medical officer Current signed and dated CV Copy of current AHPRA registration Two referencesno more than 12 months old, with at least one from a current position Certified copies of Driver''s Licence and passport Additional Information Accommodation: Self-contained accommodation during the locum period. Travel: Return economy travel to and from Toowoomba is provided. If the locum is driving their own vehicle, mileage can be claimed for the return trip at 85 c/km. Medicare: It is mandatory for the locum to obtain a rebateable provider number prior to commencement.
