GPH provides high quality health services to assist people in the management of their physical and mental health. GPHs mission is to provide equitable heath care with an emphasis on helping vulnerable and at risk of disadvantage populations as well as regional communities.GPH employs over 400 staff including many qualified health and other professionals including peer workers and community workers. GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.About the positionThe Executive General Manager, Consumer Safeguarding and Quality is responsible for overseeing the systems and processes that protect and advocate for the rights of consumers accessing GPH services.This role focuses on ensuring compliance with privacy legislation, managing accreditation and reporting, and addressing complaints and incidents in line with GPHs values of fairness, equity, and respect. The role leads initiatives that foster continuous quality improvement across the organisation and ensures compliance with the standards detailed in the GPH Service Delivery and Safeguarding Framework.This position is a Full-time permanent position.Location is flexible, able to be based from any of our GPH hubs across Southern NSW and ACT.
