GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.About the positionThe Executive General Manager, Consumer Safeguarding and Quality is responsible for overseeing the systems and processes that protect and advocate for the rights of consumers accessing GPH services.This role focuses on ensuring compliance with privacy legislation, managing accreditation and reporting, and addressing complaints and incidents in line with GPHs values of fairness, equity, and respect. The role leads initiatives that foster continuous quality improvement across the organisation and ensures compliance with the standards detailed in the GPH Service Delivery and Safeguarding Framework.This position is a Full-time permanent position.Location is flexible, able to be based from any of our GPH hubs across Southern NSW and ACT.
