General Manager - Disability (12-Month Fixed Term) At Lumia Care, we are driven by purpose. As we continue to evolve and strengthen our services under the NDIS, icare, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and emerging sector reforms, we are seeking a strategic and values-aligned General Manager Disability to lead a high-performing team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the Role: As the General Manager Disability, you will take ownership of the end-to-end management, strategy, operational leadership, and performance across Lumia Care''s disability services portfolio. This includes NDIS, icare, and TAC-funded services, encompassing SIL, and community-based programs. You will ensure quality service delivery under the NDIS, lead stakeholder engagement, and guide the business through a period of transformation and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive the operational and strategic delivery of NDIS, icare, and TAC-funded disability services. Ensure quality, compliance, and financial performance across all services. Manage stakeholder relationships, including NDIA, icare, TAC, SIL providers, families, and regulatory bodies. Embed a client-first culture of inclusion, safety, and rights-based service delivery. Lead service development and transformation in line with NDIS reforms and updates. Drive innovation, workforce development, and sustainable growth across the disability portfolio. Ensure SIL and community-based support frameworks meet NDIS quality standards and pricing structures. Build national capability across teams through effective workforce planning, leadership, and service design. Work closely with corporate services including People & Culture, Quality, and Finance to align service delivery with organizational priorities. About You: You are a purpose-led, commercially astute leader with strong experience in disability, health, or aged care settings. You are highly capable of navigating reform environments and have a proven track record of leading operational teams within disability services. Essential Experience & Attributes: Senior leadership experience in NDIS, icare, TAC, or disability care environments. Strong stakeholder management and reporting experience (including NDIA and compliance frameworks). Operational and financial acumen. Ready to Lead with Impact?
