They seek an experienced, hands-on General Manager, to lead & mentor this rapidly expanding business unit and its talented team members.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to the business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Oversee the HR function in alignment with company policies and target talent outcomesActively lead reviews of all contracts and tendersWork with the project managers to oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, promoting innovation and best practices.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Experience and Qualifications:Proven 10 years leadership experience in a GM or similar senior role within a tier 1 MNC.Established method/system for capturing, filtering, prioritizing, assigning, and accomplishing tasks efficiently.Strong business acumen and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and client relationship management.Degree in Business Management or similar.Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
