Join us and become a Heartist .Job DescriptionALL about the role what youll be doing:With the support of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, lead the team supervising and setting a positive example for the team.Have a genuine passion for what you do, keep up with new food trends, and actively contribute to menu development.Ensure all food preparation and plating is executed efficiently and meets presentation guidelines.Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests.Effective leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor your team Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costsAbility to maintain cleanliness and high and consistent food standards at all times while following HACCP procedures Be flexible and rotate to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner to achieve the expected service standards.QualificationsALL about you:An experienced Chef De Partie, preferably with knowledge of South East Asian CuisineA formal qualification in commercial cookeryNatural leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams.
