This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services. Youll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customers premises.Your typical day could include any or all of the below functions while delivering exceptional customer service within your role:Cabling installation (copper, fibre, HFC) including jointing, jumpering and splicingCustomer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPEThese roles work between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs and we encourage a flexible working environment.A bit about youWere seeking experienced candidates with HFC experience, as well as those with transferable skills from a communication cabling background who are keen to explore a career in the telco sector.A large part of this role is working in customers premises, so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.We will also be looking for a current & clean Drivers License and strong and personable communication skills, both written and verbal.Life at nbnTo be part of nbn is to be part of something bigger.
