We do this by living our values of empowerment, possibilities and community.We achieve our Vision and Purpose by delivering on our goals and values.Our GoalsGrowing revenue above marketBusiness transformationOur ValuesEmpowerment: We make it happenPossibilities: We evolve and innovateCommunity: We make the connectionKey AccountabilitiesAnticipate and attend to the guests needs and desires immediately.Offer a warm and friendly salutation to hotel guests as they enter and depart from the Hotel.Perform all work functions as directed by the Maintenance Manager or their designated replacement.Work with other members of the maintenance team and be responsible for work carried out.Take charge and show initiative in all aspects of the Engineering Department and Hotel operations.Perform various duties as detailed on the established hotel maintenance check list.Undertake tasks in accordance with the Work Request System, Preventative Maintenance Program, and / or verbal requests from the Maintenance Supervisors / Managers.Respond to and carry out all inter departmental or guest requests concerning defects, repairs and / or general assistance. When defects or repairs are outside their capabilities they will communicate directly with the appropriate trades person or in his absence the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
