Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance duties promptly, notifying the Reporting Manager of any delays or unexpected issues. Keep the maintenance trolley fully stocked and ensure the workshop remains clean, orderly, and secure. Track spare part usage, report low stock levels, and support monthly stock take activities. Assist with apartment departure inspections and complete required repair works to a high standard. Consistently adhere to all workplace health, safety, and compliance protocols. About You: With at least 1 year experience, you will be a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. You will take pride in completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
