Then we have the roles for you!Our clients are currently seeking qualified & experienced Chefs for a variety of roles across various camps and contacts in Western Australia.Camps range in size from small site with 50 people, to up to 2000 personnel.These roles will report to the Head Chef on site and some of your daily task will include:Main task will be Bulk Catering - which involves high volume prep of salads, sandwiches, snacks, fruit and buffet prepWorking in a busy commercial kitchenWorking with large teams of staffOccasional function work as requiredRecording wastage as requiredGeneral housekeeping of kitchen and buffet areasOn Offer:Weekly PayASAP starts.Ongoing work if requiredPick when you want to workEssential Requirements:Bulk cooking experience is essential Mine sites, Hotels, Major EventsTrade Qualified Minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar with experienceUnqualified or soon-to-be qualified Chefs are welcome to applyAble to pass a medical and drug screen with regular random drug screens a possibilityHave or able to obtain a National Police ClearanceCoreStaff is committed to achieving a diverse and engaged workforce.
