Our Parent Pathways program is the career choice for you.Join our Parent Pathways Sydney Greater West team, where you will be responsible for supporting Parents to identify and reach their education and employment goals, ultimately contributing to their long-term economic security. The role of the Mentor is to provide comprehensive support, empowering and encouraging parents throughout the program.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Build trusted relationships across a caseload of participants providing an elevated level of customer care and professional support throughout their journeyFoster meaningful interaction through initial and ongoing participant appointments, guiding them to achieve their goals and unique program objectivesIdentify and address barriers to employment through referral to relevant community support services and provide ongoing mentoringFacilitate job placements with local employers for job-ready participants and provide continuous support to ensure lasting employment successWork both independently and collaboratively to exceed KPI targets, driving team and personal successEnsure all tasks are executed in full compliance with Department guidelines, legislative requirements, and organisational procedures and policiesAbout YouPossess a minimum Certificate III qualification in fields such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas. Or be willing to pursue a relevant qualificationPrevious experience in a case management, employment services or social services is highly regardedRelevant lived experience would be highly valued, as it enriches our support for participants experiencing barriers, whilst navigating a complex system.
