You''ll gain practical experience in quarry operations, transport coordination, and compliance, while building valuable skills for future career growth in the industry.Key Duties;Operate a dump truck to move materials around site safely.Perform pre-start checks and report any issues straight away.Stick to haul routes and follow site safety rules.Operate the weighbridge and log truck weights and load details.Keep trucks moving by directing traffic in and out of site.Help drivers and visitors with quotes, product info, passes, and PPE checks.Sort paperwork by checking orders, setting up accounts, and handling credit forms.Use the two-way to stay in touch and make sure COR and safety rules are followed.About You;MUST LIVE CLOSE TO THE QUARRYWA Drivers License (Required)Previous experience operating a Dump Truck or similar mobile plant equipment highly regarded.Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR) and vehicle configurations (Preferred)About UsBGCs Quarry, based at The Lakes along The Great Southern Highway, produce more than 1,500,000 tonnes of crushed aggregate a year, and supplies the raw material for the required concrete, roof tiles, block paving products road construction projects, civil engineering and large commercial projects.What We OfferBacked by over 60 years of experience in the building industry, BGC operates across manufacturing and construction, providing career growth and stability.BenefitsWe pride ourselves on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
