Join to apply for the Rental Operations Assistant/ Yard hand role at ORIX Australia Corporation Limited1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Rental Operations Assistant/ Yard hand role at ORIX Australia Corporation LimitedAt ORIX, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality vehicle rental solutions, and as a Rental Officer, youll be at the heart of our operationsmanaging bookings, providing excellent customer service, and keeping our fleet running smoothly.Included In What You''ll DoManage rental bookings, agreements, and payments.Handle inbound enquiries via phone, online, and in person.Ensure efficient vehicle allocation and utilization.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Handle minor repairs on vehicles and trailers, including changing mudflaps, fixing lights, and replacing bulbs.Debrand vehicles for auction.Manage vehicle collection and delivery, ensure yard presentation is always on point.Stay informed about all asset classes and equipment specifications across the ORIX Rental and Mobility fleet.Proactively identify any vehicle issues and ensure defects are reported promptly.Assist with branch administration and compliance.Work closely with internal teams and other ORIX branches.What You HaveExperience in a similar position.HC or HR license- desirableExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.A valid car and truck driver''s license.Ability to think creatively and improve processes.Interest in commercial vehicle configurations and their capabilities.Commitment to health and safety standards.If youre a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment, wed love to hear from you!
