We are about doing the right thing and working with everyone to co-create a shared vision for the future of the region.About the RoleWe currently have opportunities available for an Electrician and a HV Electrician with maintenance experience to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for executing planned and unplanned maintenance activities within an operational mining and minerals processing environment. Your work will contribute to optimal production, equipment performance and availability, as well as improving reliability and ensuring that we are well placed for future growth within our operations.In this role you will:Comply to and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every dayCarry out unplanned and planned routine maintenance, inspections, and checks to a range of equipment, and/or electrical networksAssist in resolution of electrical issues affecting equipment performance and availabilityReview and update maintenance schedule plans and equipment historyProvide electrical trade skills to perform care maintenance tasks within the area, to ensure overall reliability and stabilityDevelop and revise operating and maintenance proceduresCommunicate plant status to appropriate departmentsMaintain a high level of housekeeping in all work areasAbout YouProven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others put themselves in harms wayElectrical Trade certificate (essential)Electrical Workers licenseExperience working in a similar role with exposure to maintenance workExperience with mining/minerals processing environments (preferred)Ability to work autonomously, or as part of a teamAbility to confidently make decisions relating to your work, or escalate if neededAdaptable and responsive to change, as well as learning new informationOn Offer to YouThis is a unique opportunity to have a rewarding career in a sought-after lifestyle location.
