Backed by INTEC''s global leadership in renewable energy, our team is building capability across site preparation, bulk earthworks, drainage, access roads, foundations, and high-voltage substation civil works. With the division now established, were recruiting top-tier professionals to help shape our success from the ground up.About the RoleAs the Operations Manager based in Brisbane, you will provide direction and leadership to the site operations teams and oversee the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects supporting large-scale construction and renewable energy developments. Reporting to the General Manager, youll collaborate with pre-contract and delivery teams to turn business strategy into operational results across Australia and New Zealand.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Operational Delivery: Manage the planning, mobilisation, and execution of multiple civil projects across Australia and New Zealand. Ensuring safe, high-quality, timely, on-budget delivery that meets client expectations through hands-on leadership.Resource & Plant Management; Manage workforce, plant, equipment, and subcontractors across sites, ensuring effective utilisation and regulatory compliance.Client & Stakeholder Engagement; Act as the main operational contact for clients and partners, maintaining strong relationships and supporting tender processes.Safety, Quality & Compliance; Promote a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all projects.People Leadership & Culture: Lead and motivate site teams to build a positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values and regulatory requirements.
