From receipting and invoicing to investigating variances and processing trade claims, youll help ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient cash collection, and smooth coordination between key stakeholders including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career within the FMCG space.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts ReceivableAccurately process and allocate incoming paymentsRaise and send invoices, statements, and payment remindersReconcile customer accounts, investigating over/underpayments and deductionsManage aged debt and support timely collection effortsAssist in month-end reporting and debtor aging analysisClaims Processing & Dispute Management: process high-volume trade claims related to discounts, promotions, pricing, and freightMaintain thorough documentation and correspondence for audit and trackingAdmin & ReportingSupport customer onboarding, credit checks, and account setupMaintain accurate AR and master data records in ERP systemsRespond to shared inbox queries and support ad hoc reporting requestsRequiredWhat Youll Bring2+ years'' experience in Accounts Receivable or claims processingStrong reconciliation skills and understanding of trade deductionsExperience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitaskDesirablePrevious experience in the FMCG industryFamiliarity with systems like Promax, Blueshift, M3, or similarWho You AreTakes initiative and ownership of your workWorks well both independently and as part of a teamCommunicates effectively across departmentsStays organised in a high-volume, fast-paced settingBrings a positive, customer-focused, solution-oriented attitudeWhy Join Us?At Stuart Alexander & Co, we believe work should be as enjoyable as it is rewarding.
