Reporting to the Plant Manager, youll play a crucial role providing administrative support to the Plant Manager and Plant Supervisors to assist in the smooth running of operations at the site.This role will involve gathering, arranging, recording, distribution and reporting on various information, data and activities relating to production, safety, environmental, and purchasing.Duties include but are not limited to:Assist in the preparation of weekly profit estimate, (PEST):Record daily production entries into JDE.Maintain raw materials tracking spreadsheets.Receipt daily raw material delivery dockets into JDE and above spreadsheets.Record wages times.Enter raw material consumption stocktake.Gain an understanding of running the recovery reports.Maintain Production Database.Create purchase orders as per site requirements for consumables, monthly orders and plant improvements.Confirm goods received in and process invoices for payment approval.Maintain the KPIs for processing TAPS, (Invoice payments).Maintain adequate stock levels of PPE and other consumables.
