To view all our benefits, visit www.racp.edu.au/about/careers-at-racp.Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,2 days from an RACP office location per week,1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.Description:About The RoleThis role works within our Training Services team, which is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support.This role will provide secretariat and administrative support to RACP training programs and its committees, including:Coordinating training program administrationCoordinating, attending and providing high level secretariat services to committeesPreparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs, draft reports and correspondenceWorking with committees to ensure they adhere to policies and proceduresContributing to continuous improvement activitiesWe currently have 2 positions available - 1 x permanent and 1 x fixed term.Skills and Experiences:About YouThe successful candidate will have:Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build effective working relationshipsAbility to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environmentAttention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborate with own and other teamsA commitment to professional client serviceCertificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration and/or experience in education/health programs or in a member based organisation is highly desirable but not essential.Interested?To apply for this role, please submit your CV and short cover letter by 30 July 2025 .
