Program Coordinator Woree- $101k + Vehicle + Salary Sacrifice + On-Call AllowancesThe Role:As Program Coordinator, you will provide operational oversight and strategic direction for a residential program focused on housing stability and wellbeing. You''ll work closely with frontline staff, community stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver services that are ethical, culturally safe, and outcome-driven.Key responsibilities include:Lead day-to-day program operations, ensuring quality service delivery and positive client outcomesOversee financial, staffing, and resource planning for efficient and sustainable service deliveryImplement and evaluate care strategies that support housing, health, and community reintegrationEnsure compliance with all reporting, contractual, and legislative requirementsMentor, coach, and develop staff through proactive leadership and succession planningFoster a positive workplace culture that prioritises safety, collaboration, and continuous improvementParticipate in the on-call roster and contribute to broader organisational initiativesAbout You:You''re a confident, values-driven leader with a passion for social justice.
