Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all incoming and out-going deliveries, liaising with clients, dealing with external contractors, managing event Bump-in and Bump-out and helping oversee and supervise Event Service Attendants to ensure a smooth logistical operation.Our Ideal Candidate will possess:Previous experience and well-rounded understanding of the Events operationsPassion for customer service in the hospitality industryCapacity to lead, delegate and motivate the teamTeam player with good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in high-pressure environmentsAttention to detail and able to manage multiple tasksBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFull Australian working rights, with availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekendsHaving a Fork-Lift license will be looked upon favorably but not essential.This is a great role for someone with banquets/events experience and is looking for their next career move in a supervisory role.Opportunity is calling.
