Job Description As HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to maximize team capability and performance, supporting business objectives through effective relationship building and coaching. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and coaching to leaders for sound commercial outcomes aligned with company strategy. Manage employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and performance issues, within legal frameworks. Support management of personal injuries. Contribute to HR activities like engagement, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, talent, remuneration, and succession planning. Collaborate with safety, risk, and fraud teams. Deliver HR performance metrics and insights. Identify gaps and process improvements to enhance compliance and employee experience. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications 2-5 years in a generalist HR Business Partnering role. Experience managing employee relations matters. Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
