Join CSI and be part of a team that truly cares!About You And The RoleWe currently have a full-time, 12-month contract, opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator Home Care Packages. Join us on a 12-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs. We''re looking for someone whos ready to contribute from day one and grow with us for the long term.The Client Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supervising a team of Support Workers working with clients and planning their programs to ensure they receive the support and services required to reach their individual goals. We are seeking someone with a clinical background or a social work background who would like to utilise their skills within the community also lead a team of Support Workers.Other Key Duties IncludeAccurately and in a timely way, identify changes in clients using the AWACCS instrument and other clinical proceduresEscalate patterns identified in clients to CSI to manage client programs and develop policies and procedures and training programManage, coach, and mentor Support Workers, ensuring clients and business needs are metMeet WHS compliance of Support Worker practice and ensure the work environment (client homes) is monitored for completion, action, and reporting as requiredTimely and effectively manage incidents and feedbackSupport the development of recruitment strategies to align with client requirementsWriting reports and assessments relevant to participants care needsKey Experience And Requirements Required For The RoleDiploma in nursing equivalent highly desirableStrong understanding of My Aged Care Home Care PackagesPerson-centered (problem-solving), decision making and exceptional communication skillsStrong supervision and leadership skills requiredHigh-level critical thinking and time managementNDIS Workers Clearance CheckDCSI/DHS Working with Children CheckCurrent driver`s licenseCurrent Police CheckCulture And BenefitsAt our company, we go above and beyond to make sure our staff truly enjoy their roles and feel valued.
