Were seeking individuals with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoy working in a team and are detail-oriented.The main responsibilities will include: responsible for the implementation of projects.Planning and monitoring of processes and tasks.Ensuring client deliveries are met, with all issues functioning correctly and meeting requested functionalities.Training assigned clients in coordination with the Training team.Preparing development briefings and reviewing them with clients; analyzing and ensuring they meet client expectations through functional analysis in the client''s language.Ensuring clients are familiar with the Support tool for effective communication.Having detailed knowledge of client statuses and generating reports as requested by superiors.Updating project reports and tracking files weekly.Reviewing emails from assigned clients daily.Reviewing weekly incorrect bookings list for clients.Deploying updates to production and updating client sites across environments.You are an analytical, detail-oriented person with a background in Computer Engineering, Telematics, or related fields.You are proactive, solution-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy teamwork.You have an interest in the tourism sector and curiosity about the technological tools behind it.VentajasYou will work in a pleasant and friendly environment.Flexible working hours to help balance your personal and professional life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
