Drive best practice, and ensure strong outcomes for customers.Purpose of the role:The CTP Technical Claims Specialist oversees Youis CTP claims portfolio, ensuring sound technical decisions, compliance with legislation, and best practice in injury claims. Working closely with our third-party provider, the role involves reviewing complex claims, guiding strategy, supporting dispute resolution, coaching staff, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.Key priorities:Champion Youis values to foster a strong, customer-focused team culture.Monitor claims decisions to support sound financial outcomes.Ensure positive customer experiences across the full CTP journey.Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.Facilitate continuous improvement of CTP claims operations and models.Contribute to strategic planning and provide practical thought leadership.Maintain compliance with risk and, regulatory, requirements.Stay across industry trends to support innovation and competitiveness.About you - Experience & Knowledge:Minimum 2 years experience in CTP claims with strong technical capabilitySound knowledge of CTP legislation, processes, and legal frameworksProven ability to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh integrity, accountability, and professional judgementLegal degree (desired)Customer-focused with a proactive approach to risk and opportunityExperience in coaching, feedback, and team supportSkilled in data analysis, quality assurance, and audit practices (desired)Commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional collaborationWays of working:Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.Sydney office:Located in the heart of Sydneys CBD, our office offers multiple commuting options, including bus, and trains.Why Youi?At Youi, we challenge the normin both insurance and hiring.
