Our shared values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious, and Courageous.About the roleThe HR Systems Administrator is responsible for providing quality HR systems and process support to CPA managers and employees, triaging and resolving support requests. This includes identifying opportunities for system or process improvements and supporting the People Systems Team from inception to delivery. The role also oversees administration of certificates, registrations, visas, and probity checks within the HRIS platform, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and CPA policies.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based on the Northern Beaches with flexible WFH opportunities.Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):Providing Level 1 HR systems support to assist managers and employees in resolving business process issues.Triaging and troubleshooting support requests within agreed service level agreement timelines.Advising and guiding managers and employees on system use, support resources, and building skills & confidence.Providing high-quality customer service via face-to-face, phone, email, and online platforms.Assisting with testing HR system configurations and maintaining support resources.Coordinating and monitoring CPAs certification and probity check processes.About you:Experience with Workday administration.At least 1 year of administration or HR support experience.Confidence in using various business systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Working for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits (conditions apply):Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per year.Flexible working arrangements, including compressed hours and WFH options.Three additional leave days annually (conditions apply).$100 per year wellbeing allowance for activities like sports, massages, or meditation classes.Discounted gym memberships via Fitness Passport.Employee Assistance Program.Paid Employee Referral Bonus Program.We prioritize safety and inclusion, supporting candidates with diverse backgrounds and needs.
