In this dynamic role, youll provide thoughtful logistical and procedural support to the Supervisor of Logistics, while collaborating closely with teams across sales, procurement, operations, mechanical, engineering, finance, and warehousing. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and maintain clear communication will be key to your success. Coordinating people, materials, and systems with care ensuring that everything runs smoothly and contributing to a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and set up for success.Profile description:Ensure the Offsite Warehouse Facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard, ensure safety systems are current and maintain environmental compliance.Ensure all Freight and Logistics activities are coordinated and conducted in safe and effective manner, with a genuine focus on duty of care, compliance, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility Legislation, taking reasonable steps to manage risk and ensure road safety is not compromised.Ensure all Hazardous and Dangerous Goods are stored and transported in compliance with the associated Standards and Legislation.Actively record, track, and close out all OHS@E incidents and near misses in RIMADA, Tianqis Risk Management Database.Actively pursues and takes proactive steps to mitigate quality control issues with, documentation, reagents, the packaging of all final product and or byproduct materials.Provide facilities management, coordination and support for all offsite warehousesLiaise with Finance, Contracts, external Landlords, and Contractors to ensure facilities are maintained to a suitable standard.Coordinate and facilitate the safe and effective disposal of both TAS and Gyplime to Customers or Landfill facilities.Plan, coordinate and communicate the monthly Shed Surveys for Spodumene, TAS, and Gyplime. Communicate results to process, finance and key Logistics personnel.Provide Logistical, Freight support and guidance to all internal and external customers, respond to requests in a timely solution focused manner.Interfaces with key stakeholders to ensure seamless Loading and Delivery of all materials / logistics activities.Contributes to procedures in consultation with the wider Warehouse and Logistics Teams.Generates Transport and Shipping documentation, including but not limited to Bills of Laden, MO41 Dangerous Goods Declarations, Certificate of Origin, Vehicle Gross Mass Declarations, and Packing Lists.Works with the Logistics Administrator to validate Supplier Invoices against logistical activities and seeks out cost saving opportunities.Actively participates in the Annual Performance Review process in line with HR expectations.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS2-3 years of experience in either Bulk Haulage, Logistics Coordination, Facilities Management, International Freight Forwarding, exposure to Export / Imports, or other associated activities.Familiarity with Transport, Import, Export documentation, regulations and complianceExceptional attention to detailQuality analytical, practical and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Fiori Apps, Excel, and an aptitude to learn and adapt to new software and systemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsUnderstanding of the Transport and Shipping of Dangerous Goods would be advantageousJob description:Are you passionate about making a real impact?TLEA is welcoming applications for full time Logistics Specialist to join our team working a Monday to Friday roster at our Kwinana Refinery.As the successful applicant, you will take the lead in coordinating all activities across our offsite warehouse storage facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations that support the ongoing maintenance and performance of our Plant.
