You must effectively build and maintain relationships within your portfolio and be able to identify growth opportunities across our product set.This role is based in Sydney and will see you:Provide a high-quality day to day service to your adviser portfolio to meet their servicing requirements and those needs of their customers.Deliver a differentiated service model for our most highly valued relationships.Enhance customer satisfaction of the adviser managed accounts.Understand the specific needs and aims of your advisers and use your relationships to help them identify new opportunities.Identify and proactively facilitate onsite/over the phone training to adviser assistants or operational teams as required.Proactively participate in outbound campaign activity to assist the business in meeting any revenue or service targets.Take ownership of issues or problems as they arise and proactively manage their resolution keeping the advisers/dealer groups along the wayPartner closely with the Distribution team in identifying new prospects.Actively capture and maintain the voice of the customer to ensure our campaign, development work will meet the needs of our customers.About youTo be considered for this key role, you must have experience in a customer service or a relationship management role in the Financial Markets or Financial Services Industry.
