In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and optimizing our digital marketing strategies through data insights, performance tracking, and reporting. Youll leverage your expertise in web analytics, and data visualization tools to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and Optimize Data Tracking and Reporting: Create and maintain essential reports for delivery teams and projects using Looker Studio and Tableau. Implement and maintain tags, triggers, events, and dashboards to support data-driven insights.Collaborate with Clients, Stakeholders, and Teams: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide valuable insights, produce reports, and manage data requests. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective data solutions.Lead Data Projects from Conception to Execution: Manage data tracking projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder goals. Continuously optimize tracking setups to meet evolving business needs. Partner with clients to understand their challenges, offer data-driven solutions, and identify opportunities for new projects.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends and Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with trends in analytics, SEO, SEM, and data tools to enhance tracking and reporting. Test and implement new features within analytics platforms to improve performance.Develop In-House SEO, Data, and SEM Products: Work alongside Lead Engineers and the CTO to support the maintenance and effective delivery of proprietary SEO, SEM, and data tools. Explore commercializing these tools to deliver added value to clients.Audit, Analyze, and Optimize GA4 and GTM Accounts: Lead Google Analytics and GTM audits to ensure accuracy and optimise tracking setups. Continuously improve GTM and GA4 setups to enhance data accuracy and performance. Manage projects focused on improving and refining data tracking capabilitiesProvide Tailored Tracking Recommendations: Offer customized tracking solutions based on client needs and business models. Advise on best practices to improve conversion tracking, campaign performance, and ROI. Integrate data from third-party systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.Required Skills & QualificationsExpert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including advanced tracking methodologies (e.g., e-commerce tracking, custom events).
